Puppy Application

Please fill out a puppy application if you are definitely interested in buying one of our puppies. Be sure you are financially stable and have the time and physical ability and energy to devote to training and exercising a young puppy.  Your application will need to have all sections completed and references listed to be considered for the adoption of a Wags Life puppy. Once we check the references with your veterinarian, groomer, trainer, or other we will contact you to do a phone interview. Please be sure that you have given your veterinarian's office permission to speak to us. Many vet offices require this before they will give a reference.  It is of the utmost importance to our family to place our puppies with a loving family to ensure they are loved and well cared for. When a litter is born we will notify applicants in the order their application is received and approved, and they will have the opportunity to pick a puppy. At that time they may put down a $500.00 deposit to hold a puppy. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
