AKC INSPECTION

The AKC has field agents who visit kennels to help breeders, and ensure the proper care and conditions of AKC-registered dogs. They also verify that breeders are maintaining accurate records for their dogs. Each year the Compliance Division compiles a list of inspection candidates based on a person’s entire registration activity (adult dogs, litters and puppies) during the previous year.

Our volume of AKC registrations was enough this past year to generate an inspection which took place on 10/13/2022. We were thrilled to hear the inspector tell us that we passed with flying colors!!!
